Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

Please note:

• Sets must be returned unopened and in resaleable condition.

• As our sets are delicate and designed for gift wrapping. Opened items cannot be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

• Return postage is covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

• We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

 

Refunds

• Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
